I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington. Prior to private practice, I had extensive experience working in-patient behavioral health for children and teens.
I work with individuals across the lifespan, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, abusive relationships, sexual abuse, religious trauma, and grief. My work is trauma-informed and relational at its core. I sit with both men and women, with a particular commitment to walking alongside men who are reimagining healthy masculinity and seeking to live from a place of authenticity, integrity, and wholeheartedness.
In all the work I do, I believe that healing is possible when we enter into more connected relationships with ourselves, others, and the world around us. My office is located on the beautiful waterfront of Edmonds, on the traditional lands of the Coastal Salish peoples, or just a few clicks away.
Beyond the office walls, it’s in the wild oceans and rugged mountains of the Pacific Northwest that I find my truest sense of aliveness and awe.
