I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington. I work with clients of all ages and stages around issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, grief and loss.

I work with both men and women, and I especially enjoy working with men who are exploring the deeper meanings beneath their struggles with exhaustion, unwanted sexual behaviors, loneliness, and relational tension, and who want to transcend the limiting stories they have been told about who they are.

I believe that healing is possible when we courageously enter into transformative relationship with ourselves and others. My office is located on the beautiful waterfront of Edmonds, WA, or just a few clicks away.

Beyond the office walls, it’s in the wild oceans and rugged mountains of the Pacific Northwest that I find my truest sense of aliveness and awe.
