Zackary Lacy, MA, LMHCA

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington. I work with clients around issues of anxiety and depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and sexual abuse. Additionally, I enjoy working with men who are exploring the deeper stories beneath their struggles with shame, identity, and sexuality.

I also enjoy accompanying individuals through various stages of life to help them understand their stories, cultivate awareness of their unique identities, and find deeper participation with their one wild and precious life.

I believe that healing is possible only when we courageously enter into transformative relationship with ourselves and others. My office is located in the community of Mountlake Terrace on the ancestral lands of the Coast Salish peoples or just a few clicks away.

Beyond the office walls, it’s in the wild oceans and rugged mountains of the Pacific Northwest that I find my truest sense of aliveness and awe.
