Individual Therapy (50 minutes)

My desire is that finances are not a barrier to receiving the care that you need.

I hold a limited number of sliding scale spots for those in need.

Ecotherapy and Wilderness Intensives

Do you long to feel reconnected with the wild, both within and around you?

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, tending to grief, or simply craving solitude, nature offers a grounded and embodied way to explore your inner landscape through the outer one.

In a culture that moves too fast and lives too much on screens, many of us have lost meaningful contact with the natural world. These experiences are designed to help you slow down, unplug, and return to the art of presence—where you can breathe more deeply, feel more fully, and listen more closely.

As Lyanda Lynn Haupt writes:

“The poetry of earthen life cannot reach its fullness on a computer screen, or even in the synapses of our magnificent intellect. Our hearts are formed of a wilder clay.”

These offerings may take the form of one-on-one outdoor sessions, small group immersions, or seasonal retreats. No prior outdoor experience is necessary—only a willingness to slow down, be present, and listen.

If this kind of work speaks to you, I invite you to reach out and explore what it could look like together.

I hold certification in Narrative-Focused Trauma Care from The Allender Center. I work 1:1 to help you understand and heal from past trauma and abuse by providing space for you to bring written stories from your life in a context where we will explore the narrative elements that have shaped what you do, what you believe, and how you show up in this world.

(Story coaching helps you engage your personal narrative for growth and transformation. This is not a clinical service and does not diagnose, treat, or offer mental health counseling).
